My Story
Robert Reichert is a New Orleans native and graduate of Brother Martin High School. He graduated from The University of Louisiana at Lafayette in 2011 with a degree in Exercise Science.
He worked for the athletic department as a Strength & Conditioning Coach and was part of the 2011 New Orleans Bowl Championship Team. In 2012, Robert moved to Tulane University working with the Football, Baseball and Swimming programs.
After his time at Tulane, he was hired by the Miami Marlins where he spent 10 years working for the organization through the minor leagues, as well as having spent time with the Major League Club. In 2016, Robert was selected by Major League Baseball’s International Development Program where he trained the Regensburg Legionnaire Baseball Club in Regensburg, Germany.
In 2020, Robert opened up OCSM Sports Performance, a Sports Training Complex for All Aged Adults & Athletes located at 4921 Airline Drive in Metairie, La.
When Robert is not training clients, he loves spending time with his girlfriend Lauren, enjoying time in the outdoors and hanging out with his friends and family!

During our first session you will undergo a Performance & Movement Assessment where we we write down goals and get a baseline approach to your current health and fitness levels
Step 3 - Set a schedule moving forward!
From 1 day a week to 5 days a week, we can create a plan that suits you and your schedule!
